0:21

order to learn about the stories and what they learned about life along the way so that we can boost our own progress on our own journey to

0:28

betterment through life let's talk quickly about the sponsors and then we move on to the guest the first Stoner is

0:35

tropical Nova co-working space in Bali it's the co-working space where I work it's my favorite co-working space in the

0:40

world and the second sponsor is my own company because we don't have a second sponsor yet so I got I gotta feel that

0:45

spot somewhere it is the behavior University a place where you can become your own therapist where there are 300

0:51

workbooks that I've created lots of apps and beautiful journals master classes and tools that you can use to improve

0:58

yourself today we have a special guest and I'm very honored to have him Sam Hollins

1:03

founder of agent reverse longevity and health coach influencer among many other

1:09

great things it's an honor to have you my friend oh Daniel thank you so much for having me brother it honestly is my

1:16

pleasure to be here it really is the honors of my side and for people who don't know you how would

1:23

you introduce yourself what do you do cool gosh how long have you got is that the

1:28

one question we've got Powers hours um so yeah the I would

1:35

say I'm a health coach a holistic health coach and Longevity coach with a yeah

1:41

with this massive passion for helping people and empowering people to take their health into their own hands and

1:48

stop sort of leaving it up to Society or the doctors or or everybody

1:54

else until yeah taking sort of control of that yeah the question of who you are

1:59

is one of the questions that I hope to push a little bit further over the continuation of this yeah

2:06

only on the same interview because it's it's a journey that I hope we we go on and I wanted to try something new today

2:13

because since this is a conversational Adventure that we are both going to embark on personal on I've once had a

2:19

friend who insisted on sharing an embarrassing story at the beginning of every conversation in order to increase

2:24

increase trust and I thought we couldn't maybe exchange like a little anecdote that doesn't put us in the best light

2:30

possible something that I had released recently before we investigate the glory

2:36

size of your armor so anything that you might share in this regard I'm gonna follow up I can also start no okay yeah

2:42

I'm I've got so many things witting through my head right now but um I think

2:48

the I think what I what I'd like to talk

2:53

about and how my it was part of my journey and one that I

2:58

have got lots of guilt lots of Shame about um which is addiction and that was that

3:07

was such a huge huge part of my life that spanned for over 25 years and it's

3:13

something I am yeah I'm not well I'm not proud of but at the same time it has

3:18

been it was the Catalyst for who I am today yeah and how it was the it was now

3:25

is my purpose is helping people with different forms of addiction so yeah I

3:30

think yeah that was the yeah although I would like to back to different regards to more of a funny one

3:36

your meaning a tragedy transcended is not tragic at all from my point of view

3:41

like one of the things that I admired from you from the first place is how you took a dark chapter of your life

3:48

and use this as ammunition to help other people to bring light into theirs and

3:54

like addiction is one of the things we have and have in common in a way I struggle in fact Behavior University was an attempt to

4:01

stop sucking at life for me for me personally I was like whatever who I am

4:08

it's not the way it's supposed to go I need all the tools I need all the experts whatever it is that I became I

4:16

am no longer loyal to that I need to become someone new and this is one of the things that I hope to I just want to

4:22

say on that it's the same for me I was a health coach while still being an addict

4:27

yeah and that's what I was like this isn't this isn't right this isn't like sneakling lying about it and sort of

4:35

covering these things up and that was the the big yeah that was such a huge part of this guilt and shame that I was
